Traditional Scallop and Flounder Ceviche

Ingredients
- 12 oz pkg Coleson’s Catch Scallops
- 12 oz pkg Coleson's Catch Flounder Marinade:
- 1/2 c. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 c. white wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. Red Onion diced
- 1 c. Green Bell Pepper diced
- 1 c. Tomatoes diced
- 1 /2 c. Cilantro chopped
- 1 tsp. crushed chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp. Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Thinly slice the flounder and combine all ingredients and chill for 24 hours.
