Flounder with Lemon and Black Pepper
Servings 2 People
- 12 oz pkg Coleson's Catch Flounder Fillets Marinade:
- 1/2 c. White Wine
- 1 tsp. Lemon Zest
- 1 Tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 Tbsp chopped shallot
- 1/4 tsp. Salt and Pepper
- Mix marinade ingredients.
- Marinate flounder for at least one hour, turning occasionally.
- Sprinkle with coarse black pepper before cooking. Grill.
