Tequila-Lime Halibut

Ingredients
- 4 Coleson's Catch Halibut Fillets 6-8 oz. Each
- 1/4 c. tequila
- 2 Tbsp Cilantro chopped
- 2 Tbsp garlic chopped
- Salt and Pepper
- Sauce:
- 1/2 c. Sour Cream
- 1 Tbsp garlic chopped
- 1 Tbsp Cilantro chopped
- 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 dash Tequila
Instructions
- Sauce preparation: Blend sauce ingredients in blender or food processor.
- Marinate the Halibut in tequila, 2 Tbsp cilantro, and 2 Tbsp garlic. Broil the fish and drizzle with sauce.
- Serve with rice and seasonal vegetable.
