
Sole with Browned Butter Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 pkg Coleson's Catch Sole Fillets
 - 1/2 c. Butter
 - pinch of Salt
 
Instructions
- Cook the sole as desired.
 - Sauce preparation:
 - In saucepan, melt butter and add salt. Stir butter with a fork or whisk over high heat until it turns brown.
 - Pour over sole.
