Fish with Macadamia Brown Butter
Servings 2 People
- 1 pkg Coleson's Catch white fish of your choice
- 1/2 c. Macadamia nuts diced & toasted
- 1/2 c. Butter salted
- 2 tsp. Parsley chopped
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and cook over high heat while whisking until brown.
- The toasted nuts and the brown butter make the most remarkable tasting sauce.
- Any type of nut can be used.
- Bake, pan fry, grill your choice of Coleson's Catch white mild fish.
- Pour brown butter over cooked fish or serve on the side.
