- Marinade:
- 1/2. c Fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/4 c Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp grapefruit zest grated
- 1/2 c Red Onions diced
- 1/4 c Mint chopped
- 1/4 tsp Salt and Pepper

- Thinly slice the flounder into strips and marinate for 24 hours.
