Tilapia, Tuna and Vegetable Broth
Servings 2 People
- 12 oz pkg Coleson's Catch Tilapia Fillets diced
- 1 pkg. Coleson's Catch Tuna Steak skinned, de-boned and diced
- 1 Onion or Leek diced
- 3 c. Root vegetables (carrots celery root, turnip, rutabaga), diced
- 4 c. Chicken Broth
- 1 c. White Wine
- 1/4 c. Pickling spice in a cheese cloth or tea strainer
- Salt and Pepper
- Bring the broth to a boil with the wine, onions vegetables and spices.
- Once the carrots are cooked, add the diced fish.
- Bring to a boil.
- Remove Pickling spice before serving.
