  • 12 oz pkg Coleson's Catch Imitation Crab Meat
  • 4 c cooked Lo Mein noodles
  • 2 c Combination of Vegetables (scallion bell pepper, carrot, celery, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts), julienned
  • 1/4 c Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp garlic chopped 
  • 1 tsp Fresh Ginger grated 
  • 1/2 c peanut or corn oil
  • 1/2 c Peanuts chopped

Instructions
  1. Make the dressing with the soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic; toss in all the ingredients. Chill.

Can be served in 1 hour or the next day.

  • 1 c Coleson's Catch Imitation Crab Meat shredded or diced
  • 2 Tbsp Red Onion diced 
  • 1/2 c Tomatoes diced 
  • 1/2 c Avocado diced
  • 1/2 c Black Olives sliced 
  • 1/2 c Thousand Island dressing
  • Cheddar Cheese shredded or sliced to top
  • 4 slices Sour Dough Bread toasted
  • Parsley chopped

  • 1 c Coleson's Catch Imitation Crab Meat shredded or diced
  • 2 Tbsp Red Onion diced 
  • 1/2 c Tomatoes diced 
  • 1/2 c Avocado diced
  • 1/2 c Black Olives sliced 
  • 1/2 c Thousand Island dressing
  • Cheddar Cheese shredded or sliced to top
  • 4 slices Sour Dough Bread toasted
  • Parsley chopped
Instructions
  1. Gently mix all ingredients except cheese, bread and parsley.
  2. Divide the mixture onto the toasted bread and top generously with the cheese.
  3. Pop into a toaster oven or oven until cheese is very bubbly.
  4. Top with the parsley.

  • 1 Red Onion diced
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 Jalapeño minced
  • 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2/3 c Sour Cream

  • 1 Red Onion diced

Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for 24 hours.

Garnish with diced avocado, and serve with tortilla chips for dipping.

  • 1/2 c Chicken Broth
  • 2 Tbsp. garlic chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter

  • 1/4 c White Wine
  • 1/2 c Chicken Broth
  • 2 Tbsp. garlic chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients except Crabmeat.
  2. Bring to a boil, simmer and then add Crabmeat.
  3. When heated through, serve with garlic bread.

Variation: add a pinch of saffron.

Instructions
  1. Bread the Crabmeat legs like you would for fried chicken.
  2. Salt the Crabmeat, then dip in flour, then egg, then seasoned breadcrumbs and sauté.

Serve with ranch dressing as a dipping sauce.
