Southern-fried Imitation Crabmeat Legs

- 16 oz. Coleson's Catch Imitation Crabmeat legs
- 1 Egg beaten
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- salt to taste
- Bread the Crabmeat legs like you would for fried chicken.
- Salt the Crabmeat, then dip in flour, then egg, then seasoned breadcrumbs and sauté.
Serve with ranch dressing as a dipping sauce.
