Tuna with Grapefruit Marinade
Servings 2 People
- 12 oz Coleson’s Catch Tuna Steaks
- 1/4 c Yellow Grapefruit Juice
- 1 tsp Shallots minced
- 1 Tbsp Mint chopped
- Pinch Black Pepper
- olive oil
- Marinate tuna in grapefruit juice, shallots, mint and pepper for at least an hour.
- Sprinkle with salt and brush with oil; cook over an open flame or in a hot oven or broiler.
