Coleson’s Catch Tuna Steaks

Yellow Grapefruit Juice

tsp
Shallots
minced

Tbsp
Mint
chopped
Pinch Black Pepper
Salt
olive oil
Instructions
Marinate tuna in grapefruit juice, shallots, mint and pepper for at least an hour.
Sprinkle with salt and brush with oil; cook over an open flame or in a hot oven or broiler.
