Swordfish Tacos

Ingredients
- 2 Coleson's Catch Swordfish Steaks
- Marinade:
- 1/2 C Orange Juice
- 1/4 C White Wine
- 1/4 C diced onion
- 1 Tbsp Cilantro
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Broil the Swordfish Steaks and slice into small cubes.
Notes
Assemble with corn or flour tortillas and these ingredients: grated cheese, salsa, shredded lettuce, sour cream, and guacamole.
