
Mahi-Mahi with Baby Bok Choy
Servings 2 People
Ingredients
- 2 pcs Coleson’s Catch Mahi-Mahi Fillets thawed
- 2 heads baby bok choy
- 1/2 cup Red Onion sliced
- 2 tsp garlic chopped
- 2 tsp Fresh Ginger finely grated
- 1/2 c Red Bell Pepper sliced
- 1/2 c Sake Japanese wine
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a sauté pan and cover - simmer for 5 or so minutes depending on how thick the fish is.
