Sesame Crusted Mahi-Mahi

Ingredients
- 4 Coleson's Catch Mahi-Mahi Portions
- 1/3 c. Sesame Seeds
- 2 Tbsp Canola or Peanut Oil
- Marinade:
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp. Fresh Ginger grated
- 1 tsp. garlic chopped
Instructions
- Marinate the fish overnight. Coat the portions with the sesame seeds and sauté in hot oil.
Notes
Serve with this suggested salad: 2 c. Cucumber, thinly sliced, peeled, and seeded 1/3 c. Rice wine vinegar 1 Tbsp Sugar 1 Tbsp Sesame oil Dissolve the sugar in the vinegar and add oil. Toss with the cucumbers.
