Cod Fillets with Chestnuts and Dressing

Ingredients
- 12 oz pkg Coleson’s Catch Cod Fillets
- 1 1/2 c Bread dried, diced, use what you like
- 1/3 c Yellow Onion diced
- 1/3 c Celery diced
- 1/2 c Chestnuts cooked, crumbled
- 1/4 c Butter
- 1/4 c Chicken Broth
- 1 Tbsp Parsley chopped
- 1 Tsp Butter melted
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Parsley chopped
Instructions
- In a sauce pan, simmer chicken broth, butter, celery and onion.
- Add chestnut.
- Season with salt and pepper; cook until the vegetable is tender.
