Parma Style Imitation Crab Legs Bake

- 16 oz package Coleson's Catch Imitation Crab Meat legs
- 1/2 Lb prosciutto thinly sliced
- 2/3 C Provolone Cheese grated
- 2/3 C Parmesan cheese shredded
- 1/2 C Italian style bread crumbs
- 1/4 C Chicken Stock
- 2 Tbsp Parsley chopped
- Wrap each imitation crab leg sprinkled with provolone cheese with a slice of prosciutto and place in a greased casserole dish.
- They should be in a line and touching.
- Pour in the chicken stock and sprinkle with Parmesan and breadcrumbs.
- Top with the parsley and bake for 20 minutes at 375.
