Mussels With Coconut and Red Onion
Servings 2 People
Ingredients
- 1 pkg Coleson's Catch Mussels on Half Shell
- 1/3 c Coconut Butter
- 1/4 c Toasted Coconut
- 2 Tbsp Minced Red Onion
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1-2 tsp Lime Juice
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and place spoonfuls on top of the mussel meat.
- Place on a ready grill and heat until the mussel meat is warmed through (10 plus minutes).
