Mussels With Bacon and Mozzarella
Servings 2 People
Ingredients
- 1 pkg Coleson's Catch Mussels on Half Shell
- 1/2 c Diced Cooked Bacon
- 1/2 c sautwed Onion
- 2 Tbsp chopped basil
- 2/3 c Mozzarella
- 1/2 c Tomatoes diced
- 1/2 c Avocado diced
Instructions
- Toss bacon, onion and basil and place on top of the mussel meat.
- Top with mozzarella and place on a ready grill.
- Remove when the cheese is melted and the mussel is heated through (10 plus minutes).
- Top with the tomatoes and avocado.
