Ingredients
- 4 c fennel weed
- 1/2 c Shallots
- 1/2 c toasted macadamia
- 1/2 c generic oil
- 1/2 Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and puree.
Notes
I really like this in a cream sauce on fettuccini.
