  • 4 c fennel weed
  • 1/2 c Shallots
  • 1/2 c toasted macadamia
  • 1/2 c generic oil
  • 1/2 Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and puree.

Notes

I really like this in a cream sauce on fettuccini.
