Tuna with Sherry Marinade

Ingredients
- 12 oz Coleson’s Catch Tuna Steaks
- 1/4 c dry sherry
- 1 tsp garlic chopped
- 1 tsp Shallot chopped
- 1 Tbsp Parsley chopped
- Salt
- olive oil
Instructions
- Marinate tuna in sherry, garlic, shallots and parsley for at least an hour.
- Sprinkle with salt and brush with oil; cook over an open flame or in a hot oven or broiler.
