Tuna with Cilantro and Lime

Ingredients
- 12 oz pkg Coleson’s Catch Tuna Steaks
- Marinade:
- 2 Tbsp tequila
- 1 tsp crushed red chili flakes
- 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 1/4 c. chopped cilantro
- 1/2 tsp grated lime zest
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1 Tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Mix all marinade ingredients. Marinate tuna for at least an hour, turning occasionally.
