Tomato Basil Mahi-Mahi

- 12 oz pkg Coleson’s Catch Mahi-Mahi Fillets skin removed
- 2 Tomatoes diced
- 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp fresh basil chopped
- 1 Tbsp garlic chopped
- Salt and Pepper
- Mix the ingredients, except Mahi-Mahi, in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Broil Mahi-Mahi and top with the sauce.
