Swordfish with Pesto Aioli

Ingredients
- 1 pkg Coleson's Catch Swordfish Steaks
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 Tbsp. garlic chopped
- 1/4 c. fresh basil chopped
- 2 Tbsp. pine nuts
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. olive oil
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except olive oil and swordfish into a blender.
- Turn the blender on low and slowly add olive oil.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- Marinate swordfish in basil, garlic, and olive oil. Broil.
