Mahi-Mahi with Pineapple Salsa
Servings 2 People
- 1 pkg Coleson’s Catch Mahi-Mahi Fillets
- 2 cups Pineapple diced
- 2/3 c Red Bell Pepper diced
- 2/3 c Green Onion chopped
- Hot Pepper of choice diced, to taste
- 1/4 c Lime Juice
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Mix all ingredients and either serve right away or let the flavors mix for a while.
- Serve with the Mahi-Mahi cooked in any style.
