Tandoori Rockfish

Ingredients
- 1 pkg Coleson's Catch Rockfish Fillets
- Tandoori Marinade:
- 2 tsp. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Ginger
- 2 Tbsp. garlic chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp. Cumin
- 1 tsp. Coriander
- 1 tsp. Curry Powder
- 1/2 c. Yogurt plain
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients for the marinade.
- Add fish and marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
- Bake at 425° for 10 minutes or until done.
- Serve over rice.
- Drizzle with yogurt flavored with curry powder, garlic, and chopped green onions.
