Red Snapper Tacos

- 1 pkg Coleson's Catch Red Snapper Fillets
- 1/2 tsp. Cumin
- 1/2 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. garlic chopped
- Salt and Pepper
- Flour
- Corn or Flour Tortillas
- Taco Fixings:
- Shredded lettuce
- diced tomatoes
- diced onions
- Grated Cheese
- salsa
- Guacamole
- Sour Cream
Instructions
- Crispy Red Snapper Style Tacos:
- Cut snapper into thin strips and toss with the seasonings. Dust with flour and quick cook in hot oil for a few minutes.
- Baked Red Snapper Tacos:
- Cut snapper into thin strips and toss with the seasonings. Spread onto a sheet pan and bake at 450° for 5 minutes.
