- 1 pkg Coleson's Catch Sole Fillets
- Salt and Pepper
- Flour Oil for frying
- Tartar Sauce
- lemon
Instructions
- Season Sole with salt and pepper; pat dry.
- Dust with flour and fry in hot oil until brown and crispy.
Notes
Serve with Tartar sauce and lemon. Good in a sandwich or with coleslaw. Kids love simple flavors.
