Beer Battered Flounder with Spicy Mustard

Ingredients
- 12 oz. pkg Coleson’s Catch Flounder Fillets
- Beer Batter:
- 2/3 c. Beer
- 1 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Instructions
- Blend batter ingredients and coat Flounder; sauté.
- Serve with spicy mustard.
- Spicy Mustard: 1/4 c. dry mustard blended with water into a smooth paste.
