I start with a premium flavored ground coffee. I brew it triple strength and chill.

Once the concentrate is on hand, it is easy.

If you start with non-flavored coffee you will need flavor extracts.

I use 1% milk and artificial sweetener to finish the beverage.

If calories are not a concern, use any dairy and sweetener; half and half or heavy cream, sugar or honey.

A minimum of two brewed ice teas are needed: A plain black tea and a "sport" tea (fruity). Go crazy if you like and do mint, green, etc. I like to have fresh mint, lemon and at least one syrup: vanilla, caramel, mint, etc.
