
Baked Sole with Butter and Garlic
Servings 2 People
Ingredients
- 1 pkg Coleson's Catch Sole Fillets
 - 3 Tbsp. Butter
 - 1 tsp. garlic chopped
 - 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese grated
 - 2 Tbsp Parsley chopped Salt and pepper
 
Instructions
- Place Sole in a baking dish, season with salt & pepper, and sprinkle with garlic.
 - Slice the butter and place on the sole.
 - Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
 - Cover and bake at 400° for 12-15 minutes.
 
Notes
Good with rice or French bread; serve with your choice of vegetable.
