Bistro-style Greenshell Mussels
Servings 2 People
- 1 pkg Coleson's Catch Pacific Delight Mussels on the Half Shell
- 1/2 c White Wine
- 1 Tbsp chopped garlic
- 1/2 c Chicken Broth
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- pinch of black pepper
- In a saucepan, bring the wine and garlic to a boil.
- Add the broth, butter, parsley and pepper and bring to a second boil.
- Add the mussels and bring to a final boil.
Serve with lots of French bread!
