Coleson’s Catch Tuna Steaks
Marinade:

Lemon Juice

pomegranate juice
1/4
tsp
Salt and Pepper
1/2

Red Onion
diced
1/4

water
1/4

chopped basil
Instructions
Thinly slice the tuna and marinate for 24 hours.
Garnish with pomegranate kernels when in season.
Chopped apple and or oranges would be good additional ingredients.
Notes
I like it with crumbled blue cheese and sweet baguette.
