Swordfish with Orange Ginger Carrots

Coleson's Catch Swordfish Steaks

sliced carrots
2/3
c
Orange Juice
1
tsp
grated fresh ginger
pinch if using powdered

Tsp
Soy Sauce
splash sesame oil
Instructions
In a covered saucepan, simmer the carrots in orange juice and ginger until tender.
Add soy sauce and sesame oil.
Cook the swordfish any style--broiled is great.
Notes
Serve with the carrots and with steamed rice.
