Hot Caramel Bananas with Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 4 large bananas 
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 1/2 c Butter
  • 1 Tbsp rum
  • 1/2 c raisins

Instructions

  • Melt the brown sugar, butter and rum and simmer until it is thick.
  • Add bananas and raisins and cook until bananas are warm.
  • Don't over cook.

Notes

Have the ice cream already scooped in dishes, top with the bananas and serve immediately.
