Hot Caramel Bananas with Vanilla Ice Cream

brown sugar

Butter

rum

raisins
Instructions
Melt the brown sugar, butter and rum and simmer until it is thick.
Add bananas and raisins and cook until bananas are warm.
Don't over cook.
Notes
Have the ice cream already scooped in dishes, top with the bananas and serve immediately.
