Lentils:

Mint

Curry Powder
Curried Yogurt:

c.
Plain Yogurt

Tbsp.
Curry Powder

Tbsp.
garlic
chopped

Tbsp.
Mint
chopped

Honey
Instructions
Lentils: Mix all ingredients except mint.
Simmer until tender then add mint.
Add more stock during cooking, if needed.
Curried Yogurt: Mix all ingredients.
Place cooked Cod Fillets on Lentils.
Top with Curried Yogurt.
