12 oz. pkg Coleson’s Catch Flounder Fillets
Beer Batter:
2/3 c. Beer
1 c. Flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Instructions

Blend batter ingredients and coat Flounder; sauté.
Serve with spicy mustard.
Spicy Mustard: 1/4 c. dry mustard blended with water into a smooth paste.
