Cider Halibut: Cut four 8 oz. portions of halibut.
Mix Cider Halibut ingredients and marinate for at least 3 hours.
Make Spiced Apples just before serving:
Put all ingredients except apples in a pan.
Bring to a boil and simmer until reduced to a syrup.
Add apples, cook until al dente.
Remove from heat. Keep warm.
Suggested Wine: Pinot Noir.
