Marinate the fish overnight. Coat the portions with the sesame seeds and sauté in hot oil.

Serve with this suggested salad: 2 c. Cucumber, thinly sliced, peeled, and seeded 1/3 c. Rice wine vinegar 1 Tbsp Sugar 1 Tbsp Sesame oil Dissolve the sugar in the vinegar and add oil. Toss with the cucumbers.
