Instructions
Crispy Red Snapper Style Tacos:
Cut snapper into thin strips and toss with the seasonings. Dust with flour and quick cook in hot oil for a few minutes.
Baked Red Snapper Tacos:
Cut snapper into thin strips and toss with the seasonings. Spread onto a sheet pan and bake at 450° for 5 minutes.
