Root vegetables (carrots
celery root, turnip, rutabaga), diced

Chicken Broth

White Wine

Pickling spice
in a cheese cloth or tea strainer
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Bring the broth to a boil with the wine, onions vegetables and spices.
Once the carrots are cooked, add the diced fish.
Bring to a boil.
Remove Pickling spice before serving.
