Fresh Beets with greens attached

Tbsp.
balsamic vinegar

Onion
finely diced

Chicken Stock
1/2
tsp.
Thyme
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Peel the beets. Slice thinly. Chop the stems and remaining greens.
Place all the ingredients in a casserole dish with the fish placed on top.
Cover and bake for 20 minutes at 350°.
Serve with rice.
