Orange Juice

fresh spinach leaves
Instructions
In a saucepan, bring orange juice, onion, ground black pepper and salt to a boil.
Add spinach leaves and simmer until wilted.
Cook sea bass as desired, and top with Orange and Black Pepper Sauce.
