Mahi-Mahi with Corn and Black Bean Salsa

Coleson's Catch Mahi-Mahi

cooked corn
1/2
c
Cooked Black Beans
1/4
c
Red Bell Pepper
Diced
1/4
c
Green Onion
Chopped

Tbsp
Lime Juice

Tbsp
chopped cilantro
1/2
tsp
Red Chilies
Crushed
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Toss everything together except the Mahi-Mahi.
Chill for 1 hour or longer.
Cook the Mahi-Mahi in any method desired.
Place Mahi-Mahi on a bed of salsa or pour salsa over it.
Notes
Serve with a salad - the salsa is great on greens.
