Salmon with Port and Honey Marinade

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Coleson's Catch Salmon
  • 1/4 c Port Wine
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Allspice
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt
  • olive oil

Instructions

  • Marinate salmon in wine, honey, allspice, pepper and lemon juice for at least an hour.
  • Sprinkle with salt and brush with oil; cook over an open flame or in a hot oven or broiler.
