Orange Juice

Pinch of Black Pepper
Salt
olive oil
Instructions
Marinate salmon in orange juice, zest, ginger and pepper for at least an hour.
Sprinkle with salt and brush with oil; cook over an open flame or in a hot oven or broiler.
