Tuna with Sherry Marinade

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Coleson’s Catch Tuna Steaks
  • 1/4 c dry sherry
  • 1 tsp garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp Shallot chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley chopped
  • Salt
  • olive oil

Instructions

  • Marinate tuna in sherry, garlic, shallots and parsley for at least an hour.
  • Sprinkle with salt and brush with oil; cook over an open flame or in a hot oven or broiler.
