Tuna with Cilantro and Lime

Ingredients

  • 12 oz pkg Coleson’s Catch Tuna Steaks
  • Marinade:
  • 2 Tbsp tequila
  • 1 tsp crushed red chili flakes
  • 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1/4 c. chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp grated lime zest
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 Tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  • Mix all marinade ingredients. Marinate tuna for at least an hour, turning occasionally.
