Mussels With Bacon and Mozzarella

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Coleson's Catch Mussels on Half Shell
  • 1/2 c Diced Cooked Bacon
  • 1/2 c sautwed Onion
  • 2 Tbsp chopped basil
  • 2/3 c Mozzarella
  • 1/2 c Tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 c Avocado diced

Instructions

  • Toss bacon, onion and basil and place on top of the mussel meat.
  • Top with mozzarella and place on a ready grill.
  • Remove when the cheese is melted and the mussel is heated through (10 plus minutes).
  • Top with the tomatoes and avocado.
