Diced Cooked Bacon

sautwed Onion

chopped basil

Mozzarella

Tomatoes

Avocado
diced
Instructions
Toss bacon, onion and basil and place on top of the mussel meat.
Top with mozzarella and place on a ready grill.
Remove when the cheese is melted and the mussel is heated through (10 plus minutes).
Top with the tomatoes and avocado.
