Mussels With Coconut and Red Onion

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Coleson's Catch Mussels on Half Shell
  • 1/3 c Coconut Butter
  • 1/4 c Toasted Coconut
  • 2 Tbsp Minced Red Onion
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1-2 tsp Lime Juice

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients and place spoonfuls on top of the mussel meat.
  • Place on a ready grill and heat until the mussel meat is warmed through (10 plus minutes).
